Image of police officers - The Point campaign win

We’re delighted to announce another new business win for the agency. From this winter, we’ll be working for a brand new client to us; the Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies.

We were one of three shortlisted agencies invited to pitch in early September for a recruitment campaign that is part of the central government initiative to increase officer numbers in all forces across the UK. One of the key drivers is to raise awareness of the wide range of job opportunities and roles available in policing and at the same time, with a recognised qualification, professionalise the role of policing as a long-term career choice.

This was not so much a pitch for a single campaign but a pitch for a long-term idea that can consistently underpin policing recruitment activity in our region across the coming years. It also had to be an idea that the forces’ comms team could easily inherit and work with themselves.

Activity has commenced, the first task being the creation and facilitation of a series of online focus groups with external and internal audiences aimed at testing the creative proposal. Insights from this research will inform and ultimately strengthen the campaign.

A satisfying win made even more so by the fact that the quality of our creative thinking won the task for us. Another endorsement of our point of differentiation.
