Headway Norfolk and Waveney - Brand Development and Strategy

We’re delighted to announce another addition to our client group, the regional arm of national brain injury charity Headway.

It’s exciting times at Headway Norfolk and Waveney as they embark on a strategic transformation programme. Since January, they have implemented significant service delivery changes, including opening new day centre venues and an expansion of services to promote independence, rehabilitation and reablement as well as more inclusive information and support for family members.

Having successfully communicated the transformation strategy to Headway’s internal stakeholders, our next task is to facilitate and deliver a strategic review of the Headway Norfolk and Waveney brand.

We’ll be working with their management team over the coming months, running brand review workshops and surveys to understand perceptions and unpack insights to determine the appropriate direction for the brand. Recommendations and subsequent brand development will be rolled out in the autumn.
