A few things to know about working for us
1 All roles are based in Norwich.
2 Remuneration packages are awarded commensurate with the role on offer. We constantly monitor our sector and relevant industries for prevailing market rates. Consideration is also made around a candidates experience and potential.
3 Full time contracts carry a 3-month probationary period during which time the employee has to successfully meet pre-set criteria and benchmarks defined for the role.
4 Progression opportunities.
We are a people business and it should be no surprise that our business therefore develops through the skills, talents and dedication of the people working in it. Any role with us has career progression built in. But that progression is not driven or measured by complicated performance benchmarks or strict pay bands. With us it's down to you.
