Strategic Planner/Senior Account Manager
We're looking for a truly inventive thinker and all round clever clogs.
This is a key role in the agency and our ideal candidate will be a strong, experienced, ideas-driven ad agency professional skilled at gaining the respect of clients at a senior level. This is because they will look to you for fresh thinking and insights around their business and their sector. This requirement will call upon your ability to consult, debate, challenge and confidently present.
You will be a leader who thoroughly understands brand culture. Your multi-channel strategic planning and creative thinking will proactively identify affordable and new ways to engage with consumers. You will have your finger on the pulse of our ever changing industry and be in tune with current thinking.
You will need to play your part in 'the team' and of course, as a true planner, you'll be able to take a client objective, turn it into a unique opportunity and write a mean proposition around it that will lead to effective creative work.

A few things to know about working for us
1 All roles are based in Norwich.
2 Remuneration packages are awarded commensurate with the role on offer. We constantly monitor our sector and relevant industries for prevailing market rates. Consideration is also made around a candidates experience and potential.
3 Full time contracts carry a 3-month probationary period during which time the employee has to successfully meet pre-set criteria and benchmarks defined for the role.
